Dr. Greg Evans O.D. (Pacific University 1978) the founder of the practice, has built an innovative practice that combines state-of-the-art technology and old fashioned chair-side manner. He has assembled a team of professionals dedicated to excellence in patient care. Utilizing the most up-to-date technology and procedures, the practice provides an array of diagnostic and treatment services including red eye and dry eye treatment, urgent care, diabetic retinal exams, specialty contact lenses, glaucoma treatment along with surgical care. Surgical care includes cataract surgery, anterior segment surgery such as pterygium, excision biopsies, glaucoma filtration surgery, and glaucoma laser surgery, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) facial reconstructive and cosmetic surgery and the management of keratoconus. The practice has a clinical focus on anterior segment eye disorders like dry eye, red eye and ocular inflammatory conditions. The practice has invested in a lot of technology that helps us create a more comprehensive exam approach. Including such diagnostic equipment as a specular microscope, wavefront abberometer, ocular coherence tomographer, high resolution retinal scanner, wavefront topographer,  afferent pupillometer and Zeiss dispensing I-port. Victor Holmes, M.D.

Dr. Victor Holmes M.D. is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Wills Eye Institute in Philadelphia. He is board certified and his clinical expertise is cataract surgery. Dr.Victor Holmes M.D. performs 800 to 1,000 cataract surgeries annually. He performs cataract surgery under sedation utilizing only topical anesthesia. This approach allows patients rapid recovery of vision post operatively and eliminates any pain associated with peri-orbital injections. Along with cataract surgery he also performs, pterygium excision with conjunctival and amniotic membrane transplantation, glaucoma filtering surgeries and refractive lens exchange surgery. Dr. Holmes has extensive experience with utilizing new generation multifocal intra-ocular lens implants such as Restor and Crystal lenses as well as astigmatic correcting lens implants.

Stuart Grant O.D.

Dr. Stuart Grant O.D. is a graduate of Ohio State University (1960). He pioneered research into orthokeratology, corneal topography and contact lenses. Dr. Grant O.D. has authored numberous articles on orthokeratology (night time corneal reshaping) as well as corneal changes and refractive errors. His has over 45 years of extensive experience in contact lens care and in particular corneal reshaping (orthokeratology) and rigid lenses. Dr. Grant O.D. restricts his practice to patients requiring the fitting and care of contact lenses. He is actively involved in clinical research for new contact lens modalities. Dr. Grant has extensive experience with the treatment of irregular corneas including keratoconus, post surgical and corneal ectasia cases.
